Workshop: Communicating Credibility
This is a highly interactive spoken communication skills workshop designed to help participants understand how they are perceived. With the help of video-feedback, the participants will gain clarity of: current communications strengths, and areas of development. The facilitator will offer live interactive coaching with as many participants and time permits.

More about Jeff Hornstein
Jeff brings more than two decades of functional experience in communications coaching, sales, management, training, and consulting. A former engineer, Jeff founded The Speaker’s Choice in 2007. Jeff and the team work with business professionals to improve leadership skills in the areas of: spoken communication, emotional intelligence, interaction, confidence, presence, and trust, with clients and internal audiences. Our coaching and training typically emphasizes three major areas: Mechanics | Messages | Mindset.
An entrepreneur who built his business to a thriving national coaching and training organization serving clients such as Allstate Financial, American Academy of Pediatrics, Baker & McKenzie, Baxter Healthcare, CME Group, Discover, Exelon Nuclear, Gallup Consulting, HBR Consulting, IRI Group, kCura, MB Financial, McGraw-Hill, Morningstar, Oracle, PNC, Spencer Stuart, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where Jeff and his team have worked with more than 2000 MBA students. Jeff combines analytics and creativity to give each client a highly effective training experience.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University and a Masters level certificate in Organization Development from Benedictine University. Jeff also has spent the past 20 years steeped in various forms of transformational education. Jeff and his wife, Kathleen, have 4 children and live in the suburbs of Chicago. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors for the BHARE foundation – a non-profit organization committed to funding autism research and education. He also coaches girls fast pitch softball, and is an obsessed beginner ice hockey player!
