The Union League Club ballroom glowed on May 20th with the brightest names in the Chicago Building Industry as CBC held its 53rd Merit Awards Gala. Over 230 of the Industry's best were on the edge of their seats as the recipients of the 2009 Merit Awards were announced in each of the four competing categories.
